Short answer: We don't know.

Long answer: There are a lot of different approaches trying to measure the impact of journals or conference (e.g. Journal Impact Factor). However, we don't support any of these methods for several reasons:

1. Most of these approaches are based on citation counting. However, we don't have any citation data.
2. The approaches, we know so far, have several weaknesses and are not very reliable.
