Can you send me paper X?
Short answer: No, we can not.
Long answer:
- In most cases, it would be a violation of copyright law to send you a copy. Most papers listed in dblp are published in journals or proceedings. Publishers ask authors to transfer the copyright to them. Copying and sending you papers would be outside of "fair use".
- We – or our library – do not have access to all papers listed in dblp. Not even close.
- We do not have the resources to process requests for papers.
So please understand that we do not answer any "send me ..." requests.
How to get a paper
- You should check your local library for a physical copy of the volume the paper appeared in.
- Many local libraries have a subscription to the digital libraries of the publishers - recent papers may be available there. We usually do provide a hyperlink to the paper's abstract page within publisher's digital library.
- An increasing number of papers are available as Open Access. If we know of an Open Access publisher serving a paper, then our website provides a hyperlink.
- If you are an ACM member and/or IEEE Computer Society member you should consider to subscribe to their digital libraries - we recommend both.
- You may look at the authors' home pages or ask the author(s) for a copy of their paper. From our experience, most authors will kindly help you out.
- You may order the paper from a commercial delivery service.
